Aircraft Inspired Electric Guitar Polished Aluminum Skinned With Rivets

This guitar started life as a Stratocaster rip-off, I think it said SPECTOR or something that started with an S, anyways, I skinned it in .040 aircraft aluminum and riveted it to the body with aircraft aluminum rivets and polished the whole guitar. You can probably get it to look shinier if you took it to a professional polisher. It plays, needs some adjustments, but I would assume the sound quality would be off a little due to the aluminum. It’s also heavier than a regular guitar of course. Made as a Display Guitar, perfect for the guitar collection that everything looks the same… Except this one. I brought it into Guitar Center and everyone stopped what they were doing and I had a crowd of people asking about it. I suppose you could use it on stage, but access to the internal electronics is no longer possible as the aluminum is glued on and the rivets are glued in, so if how you look is more important than how you sound, hey, that’s YOU deal. I even added flush rivets to the areas where the guitar touches your body and replaced the plugs in the neck with polished aluminum. There are some gaps between the face, back and perimeter pieces as this was hand made and not ‘perfect.’ Thanks for looking. Im sure you will get attention from this guitar. Nobody at Guitar Center has seen anything like it, I was kind of shocked at how much it stands out against everything else.
